The EVO X Billet Fuel Rail features a large 0.69" ID bore to suit even the most fuel hungry engines. The rail is CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminium and black dipped anodized for a high quality surface finish. It is compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85.

The Radium fuel rail is the first and only on the market to support an (optional) fuel pulsation damper. The opening and closing of the injectors creates pressure pulses in the fuel rail, which can lead to unstable fuel pressure. In order to achieve a safe and consistent rail pressure, a pulse damper should be used (especially with high flow injectors). The internal diaphragm will absorb oscillation pulses and stabilize fuel pressure. This correction can be measured throughout the RPM range and can often help an erratic surging idle.



20-0112-00 Fuel Rail Kit, Evolution X, OEM Configuration.

This option includes everything shown in the picture below. This kit is a direct drop-in replacement for the OEM fuel rail.

-1x Radium Engineering Evolution X fuel rail with mounting hardware.
-1x 14-0144 5/16" SAE to -6AN Male fitting to adapt the incoming fuel line to -6AN male near the firewall.
-1x Pre-fabricated ethanol compliant 23" long -6AN PTFE hose with 90 degree swivel ends is included to replace the OEM fuel line.
-1x 14-0151 8AN ORB to 6AN Male Fitting to adapt the -6AN hose to fuel rail inlet port.
-1x Radium 14-0125 FPR Adapter is included for the 3/8" NPT outlet port permitting the reuse of the OEM pressure regulator.
-1x 14-0150 8AN ORB Plug is included for the centre port.



OPTIONS:

FUEL PRESSURE GAUGE:

If a Radium mechanical gauge is required, select the 20-0075 Gauge/Adapter option above. A billet adapter fitting is included for the top port. The gauge then screws into this billet adapter fitting. The engine cover must be removed for installation of the gauge in the top port. More information on the Radium fuel pressure gauge can be found here.



FUEL PULSE DAMPER:

The optional FPD-R (Fuel Pulse Damper-Range) requires a base static fuel pressure setting of 3 Bar (43.5psi) which matches the OEM Mitsubishi pressure setting. If the OEM configuration fuel rail kit (20-0112-00) was purchased, select the FPD-R Pulse Damper for Center Port (shown below) since the outlet port will be used for the OEM fuel pressure regulator.



The FPD-R can be used in the center port or the outlet port (shown below) if the 20-0112-02 fuel rail kit was purchased.
