The Radium Engineering fuel cell fill kits can be used on any cell that uses a 6-bolt 2.18" (55mm) bolt circle mounting flange.

The 20-0147 Fuel Cell Remote Mount Fill Neck is multi-functional and is primarily used with a body-mounted remote filler. The fill neck has a machined barb for 2-1/4" filler hose (available from most fuel cell manufacturers) and the kit includes a sealed fluorosilicone roll-over protection valve. If circumstances ever change, ie: the fuel cell is moved to a different vehicle, 20-0148 Fill Neck Cap can screw onto 20-0147 Remote Fill Neck for direct filling (as shown below). Note that even though the sealed roll-over valve can be removed for direct filling, the fill neck has a minor machining obstruction from the valve.



Alternatively, the 20-0197 Direct Mount Fill Neck and Cap is perfect for direct filling. This kit uses the same 20-0147 Fill Neck Cap but the shorter fill neck is cleared of any obstruction (as shown below) so filling is quick and simple.



Both fill necks are CNC machined from billet aluminium which avoids failure prone welding beads. The cap uses a Viton O-ring and is not vented.
