R SERIES 48mm OR 53mm Core Thickness

Koyo's "R" Series aluminium radiators feature a 53mm thick, all aluminium core brazed to polished aluminium end tanks for a show quality finish. Koyo uses state of the art Nocolok Brazing Furnace to bond all of the radiator brackets, headers, tubes, and fins, creating high quality performance radiator. All aluminium end tanks are hand crafted using the latest Heliarc Soldering technique for the most reliable connections, then polished to a mirror finish. Over 60 applications are available for Koyo "Racing" series.

HH Series 48mm Radiator Core
Koyorad’s new 48mm “HH” Series radiator core features an ultra high fin density to maximize heat transfer. Koyo designs and manufactures each radiator with precision; therefore each one is a direct-fit performance replacement for the stock OE plastic/aluminium radiator for a quick and simple installation with no modifications. Koyo has also integrated a 1/8” NPT female accessory fitting (supplied with a threaded plug) to accept temperature sensors typically included with aftermarket temperature gauges.

N-FLO Technology (where applicable)
This is Koyorad’s N-Flo Technology which allows for a double pass radiator. This design cools more efficiently by allowing the coolant to remain in the radiator for a longer period of time therefore transferring more heat to the surrounding air. N-Flo Technology is for cars that are known to have limited airflow to the radiator.

All Koyo Racing series radiators have "OE Specification" mounting location for stock mounting without major modifications; however we recommend using aftermarket electric fans for the best results. Koyo Hyper Radiator Caps are also available to increase your cooling system pressure to 1.3 bar for increased cooling capacity. Racing series radiators were made for manual transmission only, however with a separate automatic transmission cooler; one can use the Koyo Racing Radiator with automatics for increased cooling capacity.
