The Suzuki Swift Sport K14C turbo engine achieves 140ps with a compact 1.4L engine. To help achieve this performance, the stock intercooler is placed behind the front bumper. However, the temperature of the air from the outlet of the stock intercooler exceeds 60°C; it is obviously the cooling performance is not sufficient.

The tube and core size have been carefully chosen for the K14C engine characteristics based on various combined test data and accumulated know-how from many years of R&D for intercooler design. The cooling performance improvement and pressure loss reduction are implemented together at a higher level. This intercooler is ideal for stock turbo and those wishing to upgrade to the more powerful GTIII-FX turbo. Newly designed 100mm wide core is used which offers approximately 265% more area when compared to that of the stock core capacity. The stock plastic side tanks have been replaced with cast aluminium tanks allowing a smoother pipe layout and greater strength.

This kit would need the front radar removing to fit correctly.
